(Seoul=NSP NEWS AGENCY) = SPC Group is pushing ahead to lauch a bakery factory in Texas.
The Group has decided to build the factory in the City of Burleson in Johnson County, Texas and is in the final stages of discussing investment and incentives with the local government, with the discussions expected to conclude this month.
Johnson County and the City of Burleson will provide an incentive worth approximately 10million dollar for Paris Baguette to launch the factory.
The bread factory will serve as a production facility for not only the U.S. and Canada where Paris Baguette is already expanding, but also for Centeral and South America, where it plans to expand in the future.
The factory will be the largest overseas production facility for SPC group spanning 150,000 square meters with an investment worth about 160million dollars.
Paris Baguette currently operates 600 stores in 14 overseas countries, including 200 in the U.S. and Canada. The country aims to launch 1000 stores in North America by 2030.
