(Seoul=NSP NEWS) = Samsung Electronics (005930) will supply Dacor, a luxury built-in kitchen brand, to all 260 households in the Aripeca luxury housing complex in Viera, Florida, USA.

Aripeka is a premium single-family home complex currently under construction by four custom builders, with completion targeted for 2027.

Samsung Electronics emphasized the seamless integration with kitchen furniture and connected experiences such as energy management, leveraging Dacor's built-in design and performance along with SmartThings connectivity.

The residential complex application model consists of six types: a single-door column refrigerator/freezer, a full-column wine cellar, a dishwasher, a 48-inch dual steam range, and a professional canopy wall hood.

The column refrigerator features micro-temperature control technology that maintains internal temperature variations within ±0.5 degrees Celsius and incorporates an ‘automatic door opening (Push to Open)’ function.

The wine cellar is designed to store wine by type, with three independent spaces set to temperatures between 4 and 18°C.

The dishwasher features a storm wash, an auto-release door, and a sliding hinge structure that interlocks with the furniture.

The 48-inch dual steam range combines a steam oven and convection for simultaneous cooking and offers 7-inch screen-based control.

Samsung Electronics is expanding its North American B2B strategy by announcing that it will supply Dacor to single-family homes in Florida supplied by Park Square Homes and Jones Homes.

“We will aggressively target the North American B2B market with the Dacor lineup, which boasts a luxurious design, outstanding performance, and SmartThings connectivity,” said Lee Sang-jik, Vice President of Samsung Electronics’ DA Business Division.
