The ministry is to invest 16.75 million won for the following three years, to develop key components of robots. The investment is expected to attribute the domestic robot research and development, moreover, drive down overall prices of industry machines.

Samsung will contribute to the plan by providing product specification, verifying quality, offering consulting and suggesting guidance to medium-sized robot enterprises.
