(Seoul=NSP NEWS) = Kbank announced on the 23rd that its ‘Lifestyle Commerce-based Financial Service,’ jointly applied for with Musinsa and Musinsa Payments, was designated as an innovative financial service by the Financial Services Commission.
This designation as an innovative financial service is part of the Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) signed between Kbank and Musinsa in August of last year for ‘financial innovation based on lifestyle commerce.’
Based on this designation, the two companies plan to introduce a new type of lifestyle-oriented financial service that combines finance and commerce within the third quarter of this year.
This service consists of payment benefits for Musinsa members and a dedicated check card. Beyond the simple structure of affiliated deposit and withdrawal accounts offering a fixed interest rate for a certain deposit amount, the company plans to offer a new type of financial service that reflects Musinsa usage patterns and customer characteristics.
Customers using Musinsa Money can link their prepaid recharges to their Kbank partner account, recharging in real time and checking their balance. Furthermore, the goal is to enhance customer convenience and perceived benefits by offering various benefits tailored to specific periods or frequency of use for Musinsa customers.
