(Seoul=NSP NEWS AGENCY) = In June 2024, Hyundai Motor reported a total of 351,516 vehicles sold worldwide, marking a 6.3% decrease compared to the same month last year. Domestic sales fell by 14.8%, with 59,804 units sold, while overseas sales declined by 4.4% with 291,712 units sold. Hyundai Motor sold 59,804 units in the domestic market in June, marking a 14.8% decrease compared to the same month last year.

In the domestic market, Hyundai's sedan sales included 5,703 units of the Grandeur, 5,712 units of the Sonata, and 4,806 units of the Avante, totaling 16,513 units. The RV segment saw sales of 1,273 units of the Palisade, 5,000 units of the Santa Fe, 4,216 units of the Tucson, 2,593 units of the Kona, and 3,352 units of the Casper, amounting to 19,056 units sold.

Additionally, Hyundai sold 5,815 units of the Porter and 3,623 units of the Staria. Medium and large buses and trucks recorded total sales of 2,518 units. The premium brand Genesis saw sales of 3,690 units of the G80, 2,863 units of the GV80, and 4,693 units of the GV70, totaling 12,104 units.

In the overseas market, Hyundai sold 291,712 units in June 2024, representing a 4.4% decrease compared to the same period last year.
