(Seoul=NSP NEWS AGENCY) = Bando Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. broke the ground for its second construction project, The BORA 3020, following its successful first project, The BORA 3170, for construction and rental in LA, the United States, last year.

‘The BORA 3020’ project is Bando’s second development project, managing the whole process from land purchase, development, and construction to rental in LA, which started land purchase last year.

The building has 262 residential units (17 studios, 186 1 beds, 24 1 bed+den, 23 2 beds, and 12 2 bed+den) and commercial facilities from B1 to 8F on the 52,594 square feet land of 3020 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90010. Plus, there are various relaxation areas and amenities, including an outdoor pool, gym, clubhouse, and rooftop.

The Korean construction company planned to present another residential trend in the US by coordinating proven marketability from its first project, Korean-style residential systems, state-of-the-art construction methodologies, and special design for maximized space efficiency.

Its plan includes presenting the best Korean residential systems in the US. For example, Korean-style dedicated closets and pantries, hardwood flooring, built-in closets for maximized storage and convenience, great interior designs with built-in systems supported by Korean home appliances, and indoor screen golf facilities, which are never found in US residential buildings.
