(Seoul=NSP NEWS AGENCY) = SDT (CEO Yoon Jiwon) signed an underwriter agreement with NH Investment & Securities for IPO.
It plans to become the first quantum technology company in Korea by 2025 through a technology special listing system with its competitive technology and related achievements, including R&D in quantum application. Technology special listing system supports innovative companies to be listed in KOSDAQ.
The company has turned its attention to 12 national strategy technologies, including semiconductors, rechargeable batteries, and quantum, that are entering into deep science. Now, it focuses on market opportunities in eight industries, including electronics & semiconductors, rechargeable batteries, energy, chemistry, ESG, shipbuilding/aviation, and quantum technology, based on its unrivaled expertise.
The CEO of SDT has studied physics and electronic engineering at MIT in the U.S., following a master’s degree at the same and Havard-MIT Edelman Lab, and then joined the KIST Center for Quantum Information in 2014.
SDT has recognized its competitive technology and growth potential to attract 27 billion won investment from DS Asset Management, GS group, KB Investment, AG Investment, K2 Investment Partners, etc.
