(Seoul=NSP NEWS AGENCY) = Mastern Investment Management earned the highest five-star rating from the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB).

GRESB is an independent organization that provides proven ESG performance data and peer benchmarks to help investors and managers improve business intelligence, participation in the industry, and decision-making processes.

Mastern Investment Management explained GRESB ratings are the most prestigious ESG ratings against real estate assets and investment companies based on the collective evaluation of various aspects, including influence in the environment and society as well as stakeholder relations.

Among its five ratings, the five-star rating is the best given to the top 20% of participants who earned the highest total scores.

Driven by its internal ESG promotion unit, ESG LAB, Mastern Investment Management was awarded the five-star at GRESB 2023, acknowledging its efforts for ESG integration into business strategies.
