Samsung's 10-nanometer 16Gb GDDR6 DRAM is twice as fast as GDDR5 DRAM and low-power design (1.55V → 1.35V) improves power efficiency by more than 35%.
In addition, chip size is reduced compared to 20nm process, productivity is increased by about 30%, high-speed, high-capacity, ultra-small, ultra-low-power characteristics are realized at the same time.
