(Seoul=NSP News Agency) jonghyuk Kim Journalist = Lotte-Nestle Korea releases premium instant coffee named 'Nescafe Reserve', developed by the Nestle headquarter and global Costco.
Nescafe Reserve targets to premium brewed market, featuring maximizing it tastes and flavor of the Colombian Arabica coffee bean and fine coffee powder.
They use wet-process to secure quality uniformity of coffee bean. This wet-process is a high cost process, primary used for the Arabica bean, and brings high acidity and clean tasty by means of fermentation processing.
The Nescafe Reserve is developed and produced by Lotte-Nestle factory in Cheongju, sells in 9 countries such as the USA, England, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Spain, Korea, Japan and Taiwan on trial.
Beginning in the Costco in Gwangmyeong, Ilsan, Sangbong and Busan, Nescafe Reserve is to expand its sale to all Costco store.
