(Seoul=NSP News Agency) jonghyuk Kim Journalist = The counter-terrorism team of Lotte World Tower (the second Lotte World) carried out the first joint counter-terrorism training with related organization such as the police office and the fire station in Songpa district on 27 Nov.

Lotte World Tower recruited a counter-terrorism team, even though the construction is not completed, and carried out the first joint training for blocking up terrors perfectly. This joint training was based on the assumptions of terrors and disasters which are able to happen in Lotte World Mall and Tower, such as detecting suspected explosive and fire prevention. It lasted for 70 minutes.

The counter-terrorism team of Lotte World Tower (L-SWAT) is consisted of 6 special agents and a special dog which is trained for explosive detection.

They watch out the Tower and Lotte World Mall for prevention and initial coping with emergent situations such as disasters and terrors.

Moreover, Lotte World Tower arranged 400 safety guards to keep safety of workers and citizens, so they are overseeing accidents with safety, fire and electricity for 24 hours.

They enforce 'one strike out' system that weed out a worker who caused even only one accident, immediately.
