Chairman Lee highlighted the need to concentrate resources and capabilities on core business areas, calling for more transformative innovation in research and development."We need to focus on developing our proprietary platform technologies not only in synthetic drugs but also in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and cell and gene therapies (CGTs),"he said, underlining the role of digital systems such as AI in enhancing efficiency.

He further stressed the urgent need to lead in global drug innovation, citing the significance of merging diverse modalities such as targeted protein degraders (TPDs), degrader-antibody conjugates (DACs), and immune ADCs."Developing groundbreaking new drugs that lead the world is critical at this juncture,"Lee stated.

To achieve this, he urged all employees to unite their strengths and work toward building global competitiveness."It is imperative that we pool our capabilities to define a clear roadmap for the future,"he concluded.
